如乙方為甲方指派之人員不符合甲方要求的條件或無法為甲方提供其所需之服務(wù)的，乙方應(yīng)在收到甲方的書面通知后，為甲方重新尋找合適人選。乙方在討論、簽訂、執(zhí)行本合同過程中所獲悉的屬于甲方的且無法自公開渠道獲得的文件及資料包括但不限于公司計劃、財務(wù)信息、技術(shù)信息、經(jīng)營信息、質(zhì)量信息等商業(yè)秘密，應(yīng)當(dāng)予以嚴(yán)格保密，保證其自身及其指派人員不私自利用或向任何第三方泄露，否則乙方承擔(dān)由此給甲方造成的一切損失。
